Angelic Salutation
Rejoice, Mother of God,
Virgin Mary, full of grace,
the Lord is with you.
Blessed are you among women,
and blessed is the fruit of your womb,
for you have borne Christ,
the Saviour and Redeemer of our souls.
To My Guardian Angel
Angel of God, my holy guardian,
given to me for my protection,
I implore you to enlighten me this day,
to protect me from all evil,
to urge me on to do good deeds
and to guide me on the path of salvation.

Evening Examination
1. In your own words, give thanks for the gift of your day!
2. Review your day slowly, from the beginning to the end. Acknowledge the many blessings you received. Give thanks to God. Acknowledge your sins and shortcomings. Ask God for His forgiveness.
3. Make good resolutions. Determine not to commit the same sins again the next day. Ask God for His help. Ask Him to give you strength.
4. Be filled with hope and joy. Be at peace, knowing that God is with you.

O God, remit, remove, and forgive my sins,
committed willfully or through neglect,
by word or deed, knowingly or in ignorance,

forgive all my sins, for You are good and You love mankind.
