NEXT SUNDAY DIVINE LITURGY – at St. Nicholas Church in Carvel will be offered on Sunday, April 21, 2024, at 12:00 noon.
PARISH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING – will take place on Friday, April 26, 6:00 PM, in the Carvel Community Hall. We invite all Parish Members to attend. Several important things will be discussed and determined for the future of the Parish, i.e., Parish Bylaws, Sunday Divine Liturgies, and Liturgical Calendar. Please come out and support our Parish!
PEROGY COMMUNITY SUPPER – will take place on Friday, May 3, 2024, in the Carvel Community Hall, from 4:30 pm to 7:30 pm. All are welcome!
PARISH FEAST DAY – The feast of St. Nicholas is celebrated on December 6th, and the transfer of his relics from the city of Myra in Asia Minor, to the city of Bari in Italy, in 1087, is celebrated on May 9. We will celebrate our Parish feast day in honour of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker, on Sunday, May 19th, with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy is tentatively scheduled for 4:00 pm, followed by parish dinner and fellowship in the community hall. Confessions – at 3:00 pm.
